The "StarDoves," Dr. RA-Ja 'Merk'
and Prof. Moi-RA 'Lady of the Sun' Dove, were sworn in
as official Peace Ambassadors of the State of New Mexico.
Appointed by special envoy Chaitanya, appointed by Gov. Dan
Pearlman, who was in-turn appointed by Gov. Gary Johnson after
Federal District Judge Martha Vasquez ruled. The StarDoves
are here on earth as official ET Ambassadors, deployed to Earth
by the Inter-Galactic Confederation of Love and Light. The
purpose of which, is to enLIGHTen and uplift via regenerating
DNA and Star Codes through the Holy Spirit of Peace on Earth,
GoodWill to all life. This is a Great Victory for Mother Earth
and all her lifeforms, as an official Governor of one of the
United States in America, New Mexico, has officially appointed
this planet's first officially recognized ET Ambassadors to an
official State Department of Peace, as Peace Ambassadors.
The Inter-Planetary ConFederation of Peaceful Planets is comprised of beings of all types, from humanoid types to intelligent insect races. They are a non-monetary, non-violent, telepathic coalition of beings from numerous peaceful planets. The Inter-Planetary ConFederation originally populated thiss world, humans are their offspring and have affected our physical and spiritual evolution throughout herstory. Many great spiritual teachers and leaders, are actually ET in genesis. They believe themselves intermediaries between the "God Force" and ourselves. They, soon after establishing open contact, will distribute their vast technology.
They intend to give us the knowledge to build free energy machines, teleportation devices, food replicators and instant educational machines. They will lovingly give us the secrets to ending disease and aging.
In a 1999 issue of Magical Blend Magazine
it was further reported that "We will
be a world consisting of real communities built on trust,
mutual caring, and shared common interests. Telepathy will
bring an end to violence, greed and depression. We will be a
society that is ready to reach for the stars, committed to
constant self-improvement and artistic expression with a
greatly expanded definition of home and of all other levels of
reality. This is an encapsulated piece of a more extended,

SEC. 101. ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF PEACE.
(a) ESTABLISHMENT- There is hereby established a Department of
Peace (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the
`Department'), which shall--
(1) be a cabinet-level department in the executive branch of the
Federal Government; and
(2) be dedicated to peacemaking and the study of conditions that
are conducive to both domestic and international peace.
(b) SECRETARY OF PEACE- There shall be at the head of the
Department a Secretary of Peace (hereinafter in this Act
referred to as the `Secretary'), who shall be
appointed by the President, with the advice and consent of the
Senate.
(c) MISSION- The Department shall--
(1) hold peace as an organizing principle, coordinating service to
every level of American society;
(2) endeavor to promote justice and democratic principles to
expand human rights;
(3) strengthen nonmilitary means of peacemaking;
(4) promote the development of human
potential;
(5) work to create peace, prevent violence, divert from armed
conflict, use field-tested programs, and develop new
structures in nonviolent dispute resolution;
(6) take a proactive, strategic approach in the development of
policies that promote national and international conflict
prevention, nonviolent intervention, mediation,
peaceful resolution of conflict, and structured mediation of
conflict;
(7) address matters both domestic and international in scope; and

In February 0f 2003 the New Mexico Stardove Ambassadors officially initiated contact with the U.S. Federal Department of Peace Action Committee headed by U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich for a bid to anchor the U.S. Presidency bid to Rep. Kucinich, as well as to activate and advocate strongly throughout the U.S. the work of the U.S. Department of Peace. With the authority invested in the Stardoves from on-world and off world sources they seek to nominate many Peace Ambassadors in states throughout the U.S. Reports will continue.
