Stardoves: On March 15, 2003 we received an email from the correspondent whose material we were inspired to place on this page.  We called it, "ET Perspective on Current Global Affairs."

7/31/06: We received this request from the author: "I am requesting that all websites with essays of mine posted on the Internet now remove those articles, so that I can include them in the book without copyright conflict." Respecting the wishes of this author we have compiled.

Since there are links to this on other pages on our site, we are leaving this explanation.

ASAP we will remake this page, keeping the title: "ET Perspective on Current Global Affairs."
